How do I book and pay for Salwaat, Fateha, Zabhiyat, Thali etc.?
You can now book your salwaat, fateha, zabhiyat or thali day via the app or FMB website directly. You will be charged only on approval by FMB admin. Please watch the video to find the detailed steps.

How do I download the FMB app?
For an Android Phone: Go-to Google Play Store, search 'FMB Houston' and download the app. Use Head of family information to login.

For iOS/iPhone: Follow instructions below:
Go-to https://fmb.houstonjamaat.com on Safari browser on your iPhone
Click on download from Apple App store
Enter the Head of Family (HoF) ITS number and your email
A link for the app will be sent to your email.
Please open the email/link through Safari browser on your phone.

How do I change my profile (zone, address, family members etc.)
For address change or any profile changes (such as add a family member): we request you to please log in the new Jamaat system by going to: https://www.houstonjamaat.com/login

If logging in for the first time in Jamaat system, then please click on forget password to reset your password. After logging in, goto My Account page and scroll down and click on the Blue button labelled "Request Profile Changes".

Once the address is updated in Jamaat, please email FMB (fmbsupport@houstonjamaat.com) with the updated address and FMB will provide the new zone and update it in FMB system. The address in FMB profile will get directly updated from Jamaat system (in 12 hours).

How do I register for FMB jaman in Houston?
Fill up the Houston jamaat pre-registration form (enter all details, especially ITS & HoF ITS): https://www.houstonjamaat.com/FamilyPreRegistration

Email fmbsupport@houstonjamaat.com after pre-registration is done (with pre-registered ITS number) to get delivery zone assigned and FMB thaali started as a visitor for 2 weeks.

Complete remaining registration steps with Jamaat (by contacting accounts@houstonjamaat.com) and by transferring jamaat on ITS52 to Houston

Guests need to be separately pre-registered and a separate FMB account will be created and a separate thaali would be made/sent out to them.

Submit a profile change request of your student using the following link:

Their Jamaat account would be merged back to the family account and hence the primary family count would increase. After summer submit another profile change request when the student goes back to university

How do I change my FMB Size or Cancel for a specific day?
Users can swipe left on any particular day and make any size modifications or cancel the FMB for a day. Please keep in mind that their is specific lockout periods for FMB modifications. Typically it is 48 Hrs prior but this may change based on the menu items or specific situations. If you choose a day within the lockout period you will not make any changes. If there is urgent situation you can email fmbsupport@houstonjamaat.com and request them for modifications in urgent situations only.

How do I add or change my Exceptions for single day
By Swiping left on the day you will see option to change exceptions for that day. Every item on that days menu will show up as a exception. You can select or deselect the items you would like or not like. Keep in mind that the lockout period rules apply for each day.

How to set exceptions in your profile.
This video shows how you can login to your profile in the FMB mobile app and define menu item exceptions that will apply as default all the time. This prevents the need to define exceptions one at a time per day.

How to set your default FMB selection in your profile.
Did you know that you can set up the default size or define that you do not want a FMB for each particular day of the week. This will define the default for each day of the week. By applying this you do not have to pick your size daily. Also this is a good way to cancel your FMB for a long time if you are going to be out of town.
